Everything the guild's loot & raid decisions run on, in one auditable place —
refreshed automatically after every raid night. Attendance is below; the rest lives in the tabs:
Loot system — the +1 standings, the opportunity-adjusted luck ledger and loot-council decisions ·
BIS lists — your personal list (check it, it's what counts for priority) ·
Preparation — consumables & enchants per raid night ·
Loot history — every award ever made, fully audited.

Roster scope
Effort vs loot
Each dot is a player (alts merged, ≥3 nights in scope). Right = attends more 25-man raids. Up = more main-spec BIS won.
Core raiders carry their own color (legend left — hover a name to spotlight their dot); everyone else is blue.
The dashed line is the guild-average rate. Scroll on the chart to zoom, drag to pan, double-click to reset.
Main-spec BIS items won
Players with ≥2 BIS grabs in scope. An item counts only if it is rank-BIS for the player's actual spec in the era the raid happened
(before / after P2 launch) — tier tokens count as the piece they redeem into.
Full effort board
Every player seen in 25-man logs or loot (alts merged — hover the ⊕). Click a column to sort; type to filter. Roster scope + loot scope apply.
Every BIS award — audit trail
Each BIS-rank item awarded in a guild 25-man raid, checked against the BIS list of the era the raid happened in (P1 / P2 split at P2 launch).
Tier tokens appear as the piece they redeem into (⧉). Alt-rank items never appear here. Roster + loot scope apply.
Loot council — decisions
High-impact items (legendaries, mounts, heavily-contested pieces) are decided by
the loot council instead of open rolls, per the loot rules. Every council decision is published
here — who got the item, who else was considered, and the reasoning — so nothing happens behind
closed doors. Council items never count toward +1.
No loot-councilled
items yet — when the first council decision lands, it will appear here with the full reasoning.
Loot luck — opportunity-adjusted
The fairness ledger. For every BIS item that dropped in a guild 25-man: everyone present who still needed it (rank-BIS for their spec in that era)
gets an expected share of 1 ÷ contenders; the winner gets the actual win. Bars show actual − expected over the full history —
left = behind their fair share, right = ahead.
Full history, alts merged; the roster slider does not apply here.
Caveats: crafted/badge-owned BIS is invisible (players who self-supplied look unluckier than they are);
needing two of a ring counts once; players with <3 opportunities are hidden.

Raid preparation report
Per boss pull, from Warcraft Logs combatant data: flask or any elixir, food (Well Fed), and a weapon imbue (oil / stone / poison / shaman imbue — having something is the bar, not the best one). Missing permanent enchants are checked on head, shoulder, chest, legs, feet, wrist, hands, back and mainhand — rings/offhand/ranged are skipped to avoid false flags. Worst-prepared first.
Notes: weapon imbue is informational for classes that traditionally skip it (e.g. hunters). Empty gem sockets can't be detected from logs (only filled gems are visible) — gems are out of scope. Tracked from 2026-07-13 onward; new raid nights appear automatically after each refresh.
Player BIS lists
Current-phase (P2) BIS list per active raider (core / raider / trial), seeded from the
Loon Best In Slot addon for your raiding spec — sources per player are linked below the selector.
Only items that drop in our 25-man raids are listed; crafted, badge, heroic, arena and Karazhan
alternates are left out since they never appear at the guild loot table. Items redeemed from
tier tokens or raid quest items (Magtheridon's Head, Verdant Sphere) are exported as the token/quest
item, because that's what the master looter sees when it drops.
Check your list. If anything is wrong, missing, or you follow a different BIS route, message
Feraline on Discord and I'll update it. Only what's shown here counts: if an item isn't on
your list on this website, it is not treated as a BIS item for you — it won't build your +1 and you
won't get priority on it. So make sure your list is right before raid.
How to import into Gargul (master looter)
1. Click 📋 Copy for Gargul import above.
2. In-game, type /gl tmb to open Gargul's TMB importer.
3. Paste (Ctrl+V) and hit Import.
4. From now on, every drop's tooltip — including tier tokens — shows who has it on their BIS list.
Re-import after each site refresh to stay current (owned items drop off the export automatically).
